Abstract: It is known that installation of PV system in Dili have been varied in terms of its tilted angle and directions. As the output performance of a PV system relies on the solar insolation and its angle of incidence on the surface of a PV.  An appropriate fixed tilted angle should be decided for proper performance. It is suggested that the relative earth-sun position should be considered to find an appropriate fixed tilted angle that could result on perpendicularity between the earth-sun positions.
