Abstract: Computer technology produces a significant advantage in various fields. Naval component (navy), for example, is a contingent in an institution under the auspices of F-FDTL. We must take care to ensure security and stability against all threats coming from abroad, especially in area of maritime (navy). We need the database to store all the data associated with personnel naval component. In naval component, especially in the administration, Microsoft Office applications as an autonomous system  is still using to process all naval component personnel data. In this report, we try to create an integrated database systematically in F FDTL Naval Component Her, which ensures the effective data processing.
