Cultural and Social Activities
Cultural and Social Activities
Cultural and social activities at the College of Engineering are an important part of student life that promote unity, solidarity, creativity, and personal development among students. These activities include celebrations of important days, cultural events, traditional dance, music, sports, solidarity activities, social campaigns, and programs that strengthen relationships among students, faculty, and the university community.
Through these activities, students can develop leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and a sense of social responsibility. In addition, these cultural and social activities help preserve the culture and traditions of Timor-Leste, promote respect for diversity, and create an inclusive, creative, and harmonious university environment.
However, the Faculty of Engineering is not only a place to acquire technical and scientific knowledge, but also a place to shape students into responsible citizens with strong character who make positive contributions to the nation’s development. Cultural and social activities serve as an important bridge connecting education, culture, and social life within the university community.
