Abstract: The change in day and night temperature and the seasons that occurred around the world are related to the record of damage to urban infrastructure and risks in the future.The method of the study uses laboratory tests that implied the technical measures to adapt to the events of the circulation of time, as each location could respond differently to climate change. The use of massive cement blocks is one of the constructive solutions in masonry and its suitability in terms of economic, constructive or habitability benefits is not just a current need, or just a national need. The results of the characterization and accelerated aging of the materials that are fundamental to obtain the quality of the masonry materials of solid cement blocks and mortars. In conclusion of this study overall, the strength of the type of solid cement blocks and mortar is related to the mass of the specimen.
