Comprehensive Evaluation of Video Data by Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a road condition assessment system, facilitating how to evaluate the serviceability of existing road pavement surface. The method is projected to Timor-Leste. The AHP method, based on evaluation of a video file, is used for making a priority decision for both maintenance and improvement works.
