Abstract: At this time one of the challenges faced by universities is how to produce graduates who are able to compete and able to face the competition in the global world Every department should improve the quality so that we can adapt and compete in the global world. University needs to produce graduates with good quality and to determine quality and ability graduates based on the IPC. In this research the authors used the Machine Learning Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm to predicate the accuracy of graduates who passed on time and not on time. Graduates who pass with good IPC and on time have good IPC grade. The results are getting with graduates who graduated on time with accuracy 96.8%.
