Abstract: Fibre reinforced polymers, FRP pipes, nowadays, become attractive solutions, therefore, helicoidal filament winding, HFW, FRP pipes are considered as priority for many researchers to develop materials and respective properties for industrial applications. The HFW production of FRP pipes structures apply different fibre directions [±45 ÌŠ and ±55 ÌŠ] passing by an unsaturated polyester resin, or other thermosetting resins, bath. Properties phenomena performed in tensile and three-point bending creep tests with samples from FRP pipes explore their performance in offshore and onshore industries, high-pressure pipelines, and aircraft industries. For different ageing conditions, unconditioned, water immersion, sea water immersion, diesel immersion, at ambient temperature and water immersion, at 60°C of HFW FRP pipes were applied. The viscoelastic and viscoplastic behavior at different stress levels show a reduction of the deflection rate in three-point bending creep tests, becoming the evaluating data properties to the failure lifetime analysis for a given industrial application.
