Sentiment Analysis for Tourism Sites in Timor Leste

Abstract: Timor-Leste is a country that has a great advantage in the modalities of the tourism sector, which is stunning in its impressive nature and has so many rich natural resources however, the management has not been maximized so some people are still worried about tourism management. The best way to respond to concerns and issues is to identify them using Natural Language Processing (NLP). Considered the technician who uses it to classify comments is called the Support Vector Machine (SVM). It is a means to compare the parameter values of the two functions such as Linear and RBF, through good results these parameters will still be used for data prediction used by NLTK and NonNLTK. The experimental results were obtained through the data used by the Nltk RBF Kernel function with an accuracy of 79.07% and using the RBF Non-Nltk Kernel function with an accuracy of 79.20%.
