Abstract: The waste-bin with the implementation of a real-time monitoring system integrates several technologies such as the solar system, sensor system, and wireless communication technology. All these three systems are focused on wireless communication technology. This research aims to implement a hardware system and improve the performance hardware system digital communication. This study proposes a new framework that allows us to detect and correct data errors using the Hamming code method with a single bit error and signal BPSK modulator using program C++ and MATLAB.
